Q3: What certificates do you have for your products?
A3:We've got certificates of GS, CE,EMC, ERP, RoHs and REACH.
Q4: How can I get a sample?
A4: Please feel free to contact us by email or Alibaba, we are honored to offer any samples as you request. Normally we need 15 days preparing the sample.
Q5: Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
A5: Yes, we do ,and we also help design the customized logo,packing etc., but need each order MOQ 500pcs or contact us for negotiation.
Q6: What's the delivery time?
A6: Normally, the lead time is 40~45 days, but please confirm with us as different products and quantities have different delivery time.Samples can get ready in 15 days.
Q7: What's your payment term?
A7:30% deposit advanced, 70% before shipment and we also support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect buyer's rights.
Q8: What's your warranty for your product?
